At Zyion Cosmetics Online, Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased online from ZYIONCOSMETICS.COM, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund (we’ll even pay for the return shipping fee).

Print the label from your email.
Carefully pack items into the box, seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Take the package to any UPS location or request a UPS package pick up by calling 1-800. PICKUPS (SUBJECT TO UPS FEES) full instructions are included in the return label email.
SHIPPING
Zyion Cosmetics online orders are shipped on business days (Monday –Friday, excluding major holidays).
Orders shipped via standard services are processed and shipped 1-3 business days depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and overnight orders placed by 3pm ET will be processed ad shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. All 2nd Day and Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
We do our best to estimate for most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Once a product has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which will also have the tracking numbers to track your products. Please note, estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only and may not be available dependent on shipment details. Delivery for out of stock items is subject to availability. Dates provided are estimates and subject to change and do not apply to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or US territories.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes are delivered within 6-14 days and maybe subject to change depending on item availability.

Zyion Cosmetics online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to good delivered to a forwarding company. Our online service is not responsible to provide a refund or replacement of any goods delivered to a forwarding company; we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
